This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Arbor ("Quantum Arbor," "we," "us," or "our"), operated from Minnesota, United States, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit quantumarbor.org (the "Site"), book an Operations Health Scan, join a product waitlist, or engage our services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, business name or website, phone number (if you share it), and anything you tell us when you book a call, join a waitlist, or contact us.
Scheduling & communications: when you book a scan we use a third-party scheduling tool; the details you enter and the time you select are shared with us to schedule and prepare for the call.
Usage & device data: pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics collected automatically through cookies and comparable technologies.
2. How we use your information
To schedule, prepare for, and conduct your Operations Health Scan and any engagement that follows.
To respond to inquiries, send information you requested, and manage waitlists and early-access offers.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
To send service and, where permitted, marketing messages, you can opt out at any time.
To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example, providers that support scheduling, customer communications, payment processing, secure data storage, email delivery, and website analytics. We do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves. These providers are bound by contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of quantumarbor.org (the "Site") and the services offered by Quantum Arbor ("Quantum Arbor," "we," "us," or "our"), operated from Minnesota, United States. By using the Site, booking an Operations Health Scan, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are & what we do
Quantum Arbor provides business infrastructure, automation, CRM, and AI consulting and done-for-you implementation, and offers software products including Arbor Operations, AutoStyleIQ, and Quantum Policies. Specific paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility & availability
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use our services. We offer our services to business clients throughout the United States.
3. The Operations Health Scan
The Operations Health Scan is a complimentary consultation offered at our discretion and subject to availability. It provides general recommendations based on the information you share and is not professional legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. It does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. We may decline or reschedule scans at our discretion.
4. Engagements & payment
Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal. Quoted ranges (for example, $500 to $85,000) are illustrative; your price depends on scope.
Unless stated otherwise, projects require a deposit to begin, with the balance invoiced on the agreed schedule. Fees are due as invoiced.
Deposits and completed work are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement. Software subscriptions renew and are billed under their own terms disclosed at signup.
Late or unpaid amounts may pause work and accrue reasonable interest and collection costs.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, accurate information, and any accounts or approvals needed to deliver the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines and cost.
6. Intellectual property & license
All software, source code, applications (including Arbor Operations, AutoStyleIQ, and Quantum Policies), tools, frameworks, templates, workflows, automations, methods, processes, strategies, designs, documentation, and know-how used or developed by Quantum Arbor (collectively, our “IP”) are and remain our exclusive property, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual-property rights. Nothing in these Terms or in any engagement transfers ownership of our IP to you.
Upon full payment, and unless your written agreement expressly states otherwise, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the specific deliverables we build for you solely for your own internal business operations. You receive no rights in our underlying IP, source code, or the tools and methods used to create those deliverables. Any transfer of ownership in a custom deliverable is defined in, and limited by, your written agreement.
You retain ownership of the data and materials you provide to us. If you give us feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use them to improve our products and services.
7. Restrictions, no copying, reselling, or competing use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit or enable anyone else to:
copy, reproduce, republish, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, white-label, or otherwise commercialize our software, deliverables, or IP, or any part of them;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code, structure, or methods behind our software or deliverables;
use our software, deliverables, methods, strategies, pricing, or confidential information to build, train, or operate a product or service that competes with Quantum Arbor, or to help any third party do so;
remove or alter any proprietary notices, or represent our work as your own for resale or redistribution;
solicit, hire away, or divert our staff, contractors, partners, suppliers, or the clients we refer, or otherwise circumvent us, for competing purposes; or
misuse the Site or services, attempt to disrupt them, access them without authorization, infringe others' rights, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
These restrictions survive the end of any engagement and apply in addition to any separate non-disclosure, non-compete, or non-circumvention agreement you sign with us.
8. Third-party services
Our work and this Site may rely on third-party platforms and service providers. Where you interact directly with a third-party platform, your use of it is subject to that provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. No guaranteed results
We bring skill and care to every engagement, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance. Any figures shown on the Site, including our own metrics, are examples, not promises of your results.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Arbor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before it arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Quantum Arbor harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Confidentiality
Working together, you may access our confidential and proprietary information, including our software, source code, methods, processes, strategies, roadmaps, pricing, and business plans (“Confidential Information”). You agree to keep it strictly confidential, to use it only to receive the services, and never to disclose it to, or use it for the benefit of, any competitor or third party. This duty continues indefinitely for trade secrets and for five (5) years for other Confidential Information after our relationship ends. Each party will likewise protect the other's non-public information.
You acknowledge that any breach of Sections 6, 7, or 13 would cause Quantum Arbor irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that we are entitled to seek injunctive and other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies, without the need to post a bond.
14. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. You may stop using the Site at any time. Fees for work already performed remain due.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Minnesota will have jurisdiction, unless your agreement specifies binding arbitration.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

2. Categories we use
Essential (always on): required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These do not track you for advertising.
